The permit owner is listed as 448 N La Salle LLC and is marked as owner-occupied.
Scott R Becker is listed as the architect of record on this project. No renderings or plans have been made public for this project. The closest available transportation comes in the form of Routes 22 & 156 which can be found at the LaSalle & Hubbard stop which is a minute south of the building. The CTA Brown and Purple Lines are accessible at the Merchandise Mart station via a three-minute walk southwest. River North is full of popular restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The Redmond Company will be acting as the general contractor on the $2.04 million renovations. A timeline has not been released for an anticipated completion date.
