Renovation of Existing Office Space at 110 N Wacker Drive in the Loop

A permit was issued last week for the interior renovation of existing office space on located in the Bank of America building at 110 N Wacker Drive in The Loop. The permit owner is listed as the Pritzker Group. Plans indicate that these will be interior alterations to existing office space on the 43rd and 44th floors. There will be no structural changes made, however, new partitions, ceilings, furniture, and other finishes will be added. Plumbing and electrical will also be updated.

Paul Hagle is listed as the architect of record on the renovation permit. At this time there are not any publically available renderings or plans. For more information about floor plans and the building amenities can be found on the building’s website.

Bus service nearby for Routes 20, 56, 60, 124, 157, and J14 can all of which can be found at the Washington & Franklin stop. The bus stop is a three-minute walk south of the building. The CTA Brown, Purple, Pink, and Orange Lines are all accessible at the Washington/Wells station via a six-minute walk southeast. River North is full of popular restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The Skender Construction LLC will be acting as the general contractor on the $1.05 million renovations. A timeline has not been released for an anticipated completion date.
