Demolition permits were issued earlier this week for a two-story multi-unit residence with a detached frame garage located at 3807 N Seeley Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as 3807 Seeley LLC.
The nearest transportation service is Route 50 at the intersection of Damen & Grace via a two-minute walk east. The nearest CTA Brown Line access is at Irving Park station via a ten-minute walk northeast. There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options along N Damen Avenue and the North Lincoln Avenue corridor.
Precision Excavation will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. An estimated completion date has not yet been announced.
