The Taste of Chicago returns to Grant Park in July. Chicago foodies will have the opportunity to sample culinary delights at so-called “bite-sized” events.

The beloved festival returns July 8 through 10 and will host more than 30 vendors. The event also has three stages which feature free performances, dance classes, and family activities. There will be a designated beer hall, a wine tent, and a cocktail lounge.

Buckingham Fountain Plaza will be turned into a dance party with free dance lessons and live music available to attendees and made possible by Chicago SummerDance. The dance program will highlight four dance styles born in Chicago. Jennifer Billock, author of “Here Are 4 Dance Styles Born In Chicago To Mark The ‘Year Of Chicago Dance,” will host and emcee.

Unlike in years prior, there will be no Taste tickets and it won’t be a centralized event. Vendors will instead accept cash or credit cards, and Taste will be comprised of month-long popups in the Austin, Pullman, and Little Village neighborhoods, with each neighborhood edition open from noon to 8 p.m.
