The new construction is slated as a four-dwelling masonry building with a basement. There will be rear decks on all levels, as well as front decks on the second and third levels, and a rooftop deck. Plans also indicate the presence of a detached four-car garage with its own roof deck.
John C Hanna is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description has indicated a masonry exterior.
The nearest transportation service is Route 50 at the intersection of Damen & Byron via a one-minute walk north. The nearest CTA Brown Line access is at Irving Park station via a seven-minute walk northeast. There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options along N Damen Avenue and the North Lincoln Avenue corridor.
Bachula Development Inc is serving as the general contractor on the $925,800 project. An anticipated completion date has not yet been announced.
