Victor Drapszo is listed as the architect of record. Though a masonry build is anticipated, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed.
The closest bus service to this property is Route 3 which can be found at the intersection of King Drive & 37th Street via a six-minute walk east. The nearest CTA service is a nine-minute walk south to the Indiana station where the Green Line can be accessed. Shopping and dining options are also readily available along Indiana Avenue and neighboring streets.
K Future Builders Inc will also serve as the general contractor for the $480,000 construction. A detailed timeline containing further information such as an anticipated completion date has not yet been revealed.
