A demolition permit was approved last week to remove a two-story, mixed-use building along with a detached frame garage, located at 3457 N Milwaukee Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood. The permit’s owner has been listed as E and O Builders Inc.
The closest bus services available are Route 56. This service can be found at the intersection of Milwaukee & Keeler, directly to in front of the site. Milwaukee Avenue is full of many retail, dining, and nightlife options, many of which are within a five-minute walk south.
Demox Inc is serving as the demolition contractor. While plans are surely forthcoming, no permits have been submitted at the time of this writing.
