A demolition permit was issued on Friday for a one-story masonry residence located at 1222 W 98th Street in the Washington Heights neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as A City Suburban Services Inc.
Transportation is readily available with bus service for Route 112 at the intersection of Vincennes & 98th Street, which is at the eastern end of the property’s block. There are many residential streets bordering this property and a number of restaurants and businesses which can be accessed on W 99th Street via five-minute walk south.
KLF Excavating is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of publication, no plans have been submitted for any future developments.
