A demolition permit was issued yesterday for a two-story, multi-unit masonry residence located at 3529 N Claremont Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as 1715 N Marshfield LLC.
In terms of transportation access, the closest bus option is Route 49. This route can be found at the intersection of Western & Addison via a six-minute walk west. The CTA L Brown line can be found at the Addison station via a 15-minute walk east. The area is outfitted with numerous retail and restaurant options along nearby Addison and Western Avenues.
DS Construction will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted for any future developments.
