The owner is listed as William Tsourapas and the plans indicate this project will feature three total dwelling units, a basement level, and a rear garage. The lot is currently vacant.
Phillip A Kupritz is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed.
The closest bus service available is Route 94 and can be found at California & Augusta, easily accessible via a four-minute walk west.
There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located along nearby Division Street. The beautiful green space Humboldt (Alexander Von) Park is a 16-minute walk west.
New Path Construction and Consulting will serve as the general contractor for the $460,000 construction. A detailed timeline containing further information such as an anticipated completion date has not yet been revealed.
