Route 77 is the nearest bus service and can be found at the intersection of Belmont & Leavitt via a two-minute walk north. There are retail and restaurant options along nearby N Damen Avenue.
Evergreen Solution USA Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
