At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no permits for any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Routes 39 & 62 can be found at the intersection of Archer & Western Avenue via a two-minute walk north.
Dunleavy Construction Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project.
