A demolition permit has been issued to remove a two-story building located at 3003 W Jarvis Avenue in the Rogers Park neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Moshe and Elizabeth Freedman. At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no permits for any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Route 11 can be found at the intersection of Kedzie & Jarvis via a four-minute walk west.
DS Construction is serving as the demolition contractor on this project.
