Permits were approved last month for a four-story residential building at 3728 Lake Shore Drive in Lake View East, Chicago. Located between W Grace Street and W Waveland Avenue, the interior lot is a 15-minute walk to the Addison CTA L station, serviced by the Red Line. 3726 N Lake Shore Drive LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $8 million as the cost for the overall development.
The proposed development will consist of 36 residential units with an enclosed garage. Parking will accommodate 36 vehicles and 18 bicycles. Details regarding height or square footage have not been released.
Jean Dufresne of SPACE Architects + Planners is listed as the architect of record. Midwest Heritage Builders is listed as the general contractor on the project.
Demolition permits have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
