The Chicago Plan Commission has approved plans for the mixed-use expansion of the XS Tennis and Education Foundation campus in Washington Park. Located at 5301 South State Street, the proposal will replace a large vacant lot at the corner of East 53rd Street, across from the existing tennis village.

Located at the corner of E 53rd Street, the two-building proposal will replace a large vacant lot across from the XS Tennis and Education Foundation campus. The foundation is partnering with Center Court Development LLC to bring the project to life.
