The permit owner is listed as 2132 W Rice LLC, and plans indicate that the scope of the project will include three total units and a basement level. There will be a rooftop deck with an enclosed staircase, rear decks on all floors, as well as a balcony for each unit on the front of the building on the third floor. Plans also show a three-car parking pad is planned.
