A new condominium development has topped out at three stories at 4317 North Paulina Street in the Ravenswood neighborhood. Brickwork has been rising with elevation progress since the project began, so most of the exterior masonry work is complete. Front terraces at all three levels have taken shape. None of the glass installation is underway yet.

Best Art Construction of Park Ridge is the general contractor for a developer identified only as 4317 Paulina LLC. They received a permit to begin construction back on September 21, 2023 and a reinstatement permit in December of last year, but didn’t begin demolition of the 120-year-old greystone they purchased in 2022 until October. Now they’re building eight condos on the property with two attached parking spaces and detached two-car and four-car garages erected at the rear of the property. Hanna Architects is the architect of record.
