A new construction permit has been issued for a two-story, two-dwelling unit building at 4229 West Augusta Boulevard in Humboldt Park. The building, when complete, will feature a front stair, rear two-story wood deck, and a detached two-car garage with one outdoor parking space.
Construction, anticipated to cost $280,000, is being led by owner GT Alternatives LLC. Plans were designed by architect Peter Sterniuk.
Fees paid so far total $375, with $3,252 still unpaid for a total fee of $3,627. Transit nearby 4229 West Augusta Boulevard will include bus stops for the 53 and 66 bus lines.
