Two New Construction Permits Issued For Mixed-Use Buildings At 1304 and 1320 South Ashland Avenue In Near West Side

The City of Chicago has issued two new construction permits for mixed-use buildings located at 1304 and 1320 South Ashland Avenue in Near West Side. The buildings will stand three and four stories tall, respectively, and will each contain 12 residential units and two commercial units.

Construction is anticipated to cost $2,492,250 and $2,626,250 for each of the two structures. Both permit applications were started on May 31 and the permits were issued on November 22, for a total processing time of 175 days each.

The owner listed for both projects is Legal Tender Ciaccio Holdings LLC. Plans were designed by architect Bill Kokalias. In total, permit fees of $26,834.47 have been paid so far for 1304 South Ashland and permit fees of $27,417.30 have been paid so far for 1320 South Ashland.
