A permit has been issued for a new residential building at 2469 North Clybourn Avenue in Lincoln Park. The project involves the construction of a new three-story, three-dwelling unit building with a roof deck. It will also include a steel porch in the rear and a one-story masonry garage.
Construction, which is anticipated to cost approximately $1,000,000, is being led by owner James Moller. Plans were self-certified by architect Angelica Borromeo. When complete, the property will be a short walk from stops for the 9, X9, and 74 bus lines.
The total fee for the permit is $4,964.23, with $375 paid so far and $4,589.23 remaining unpaid. The building fee subtotal is $3,011.23, the zoning fee subtotal is $75, and other fees total $1,878.
