The project involves the construction of a new two-car garage and coach house on the property, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as per the approved plans. Beyond that, the work will add an additional unit to the property, converting it from 3 to 4 dwelling units.
The total fee for the permit is $2,088.00, with $375 paid so far and $1,713 remaining unpaid. Plans were designed by architect Andrew Wang. The reported cost of the project is $250,000.
