The City of Chicago has issued a permit for new construction at 1350 West 112th Street in Morgan Park. The permit was applied for on July 23 and issued on September 20, with a processing time of 59 days.
The proposed work involves constructing a 2-story, 2-unit residence with a basement, 2-story rear stairs, and a 3-parking space pad, as per the submitted plans. The reported cost for this project is $220,000.
The property’s owner is Sanju Sharma, and the architect is Helen Liptak. When complete, it will be a short walk from bust stops servicing the 111 bus line.
