The permit was issued under the self-certification process, with Thomas Budzik of Prospect Heights listed as the self-certified architect. The total fee for the permit is $5,195.00, which includes a building fee of $2,300.00, a zoning fee of $75.00, and other fees totaling $2,820.00. The reported cost of construction is $600,000.00.
When complete, the property will be a short walk from the Damen CTA Station, which services the Pink Line, and the Western Avenue Metra Station, which services the BNSF Railway Train.
