According to the work description provided in the permit, the renovations aim to address various violations and will be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. The total reported cost for the project is $25,000.
The permit, which was applied for on December 12, 2023, and issued on April 26, 2024, involved a standard plan review process that took 136 days to complete. The total fee for the permit amounts to $1,526.61, which includes building fees, zoning fees, and other miscellaneous fees.
The property owner, Anne Bergl, is working with a team of professionals to execute the renovations. Plans were designed by local architect Andy Kacprzynski. 741 North Christiana Avenue is located steps from stops for the 66 and 82 bus lines.
