A renovation project is underway at 4410 North Greenview Avenue in Ravenswood, with plans to modernize the three-story, six-dwelling unit apartment building at the address approved on March 28. The initiative, led by Camelot Greenview LLC and estimated to cost $234,000, aims to enhance living conditions and update the property’s interior to meet contemporary standards.
Construction plans were designed by self-certified architect Ronald Vari. McPartland Construction Consultants Inc will oversee general construction efforts and execute Ronald Vari’s plans.
4410 North Greenview Avenue is located steps from bus serivce for Routes 22 and 78. Beyond that, the Montrose CTA Station, which services the Brown Line, is a short walk to the west of the property.
