Construction Underway At 3457 N Keeler Avenue In Kilbourn Park

The City of Chicago has issued permits for 3457 N Keeler Avenue, a new residential building in Kilbourn Park. Approved on February 28, the project has a budget of $2,825,850.

The self-certified project plans to construct a four-story structure featuring seven dwelling units on top of a ground-floor office space. When complete, the building will offer future residents a roof deck with an enclosure, front balconies on the second to fourth floors, and a rear third-floor deck. In addition the project will feature a rear six-car garage. Plans were designed by local architect John Hanna.

Construction and masonry work will be led by DEMOX Inc. The project is owned by E & O Builders Inc.

When complete, 3457 N Keeler Avenue will be located steps from stops for the 56 bus line. Beyond that, the Grayland CTA Station, which services the MD North Line Train, will be an 11 minute walk to the north-west of the property.
