The City of Chicago has issued permits for a new residential project at 717 North Parkside Avenue in Austin. Permits were issued on February 22, and the project’s budget is $300,000.
The development, spearheaded by GT Alternatives LLC, will involve the construction of a two-story building with a basement, featuring three dwelling units. The project will also include a detached two-vehicle garage and an additional outdoor parking space.
The project was designed by architect Peter Sterniuk. DS Construction Inc, along with MKS Masonry, will handle masonry work.
717 North Parkside Avenue is located steps from bus service for Routes 66 and 85. Beyond that, the Central CTA Station, which services the Green Line, is a short walk to the south of the property.
