Owned by 1353 Partners LLC, the groundbreaking permit is filed under the address 220 N Ada Street, but the property will ultimately be located at 1353 W Fulton Street. This initial phase focuses on deep foundation work, specifically the construction of straight shaft and belled caissons, essential for the tower’s stability. These foundational elements are being set on hardpan at an approximate elevation of -74 CCD.

Architect Adam Semel is named as the architect of record for the permit. Chicago-based general contractor Clayco Inc. is overseeing this foundational stage, ensuring that the groundwork is laid following the highest industry standards.

The project’s masonry contractor, Midwest Masonry, Inc., plays an important role in establishing the structural base of the tower. Expedited permit processing was managed by attorney Thomas Raines.
