A permit has been issued for a new three-story, four-unit residential building in Bucktown. Located at 2329 W Fullerton Avenue, the project is being developed under the name 2327 Fullerton LLC. The site is currently a vacant lot.
The permit’s listed features include basement, a rooftop deck, rooftop stair enclosures, a detached five-vehicle garage with a separate rooftop deck, and two rear balconies. Meanwhile, the project’s listed architect of record is Hanna Architects, whose design has not yet been revealed.
The location is in close vicinity to several public transportation options and amenities. The nearest bus stop is at Fullerton & Western, served by Route 49, X49, and 74. The nearest L station is Western on the Blue Line via a 15-minute walk south. The popular Bloomingdale Trail (aka “The 606”) is also within walking distance, offering an elevated linear park and trail system.
Built by Demox Inc as general contractor, the reported cost for the construction is $1,723,600 according to the permit. As of now, there has been no indicated completion date.
