Transportation is very accessible from the property site. The nearest access point is a three-minute walk north to the Lawrence & California stop where Route 81 can be boarded. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Rockwell station via a six-minute walk east. There are numerous shops and restaurants along W Lawrence Avenue.
Blue Earth Deconstruction will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. No further construction permits have been issued for this address.
