Demolition permits were issued this week for a one-story masonry building located at 6442 N California Avenue in the West Ridge neighborhood. The owner of the permit is listed as The Ark. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are no pending permits for any future constructions.
Any future constructions will be well situated as the closest bus service available is for Route 93, which can be found at the intersection of California & Arthur, directly across the street from the property site. There are a number of popular businesses and eateries along nearby W Devon Avenue.
Break Thru Enterprises Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. There is no indication as to a timeline for any future constructions.
