Permits were issued last week for the construction of a new three-story residential building located at 841 W Lill Avenue in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The owner is listed as 841 W Lill LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield a total of two units. The building will have a basement and a roof deck, and the first floor will feature a private deck at the rear. There will also be a detached two-vehicle garage with pergolas. The development will replace an existing structure.
Christopher Boehm is listed as the architect of record on the project. At the time of this writing, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed, however, plans indicate that this build will lean heavily on masonry contractors.
The closest bus service available is Route 8 and can be found at Halsted & Altgeld via a three-minute walk southeast. The CTA Brown, Red, and Purple Lines can be accessed at the Fullerton station via an eight-minute walk southwest. There is an abundance of retail and dining options along W Lincoln Avenue.
Hibernian Development Inc will act as the general contractor for the $842,280 construction. The timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
