There are plenty of access points for transportation with Route 50 as the closest bus service option to this property. This route can be found at the intersection of Damen & Grace via a five-minute walk west. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Addison station via a 10-minute walk south.
Taylor Excavating & Construction will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. Plans have been submitted to erect a new two-story single-family home with a basement and a detached two-car garage, but permits have not yet been issued.

The title of the article says “2145 W Grace Street”. The photo shows 2143 NOT 2145. The body of the article says 1838. So which is it!?!?!
