A demolition permit has been issued for a one-story frame residence and a detached frame garage located at 5416 S Mulligan Avenue in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Kowal Builders of Palos Hills. At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no plans for any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Route 62 can be found at the intersection of Archer & Mulligan via a two-minute walk south. There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options along nearby W 55th Street.
KBZ INC is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
