The occupying owner is listed under Wesley Oaks, with plans for three total units, an ornamental metal fence, and a rear three-car masonry garage. The development will replace a now-vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.

Deconstruct Architecture’s Jordan Wankel is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings of the design could be found, though multiple masonry contractors indicated in the permit likely suggest a brick or masonry facade.
The property is located within a three-minute walk of the three-point Cermak, Ashland, & South Blue Island intersection, with service for bus Routes 9, X9, 21, and 60. Meanwhile, nearest service for the CTA L Pink Line can be found via an eight-minute walk northwest to 18th Street.
Residents will also be within a two-minute walk of the Benito Juarez Community Academy and surrounding green space. The 19-acre Harrison Park can also be found via a 12-minute walk northwest.
Keaton Construction LLC is serving as general contractor. The filing also shows a reported construction cost of $550,000. A full completion timeline has not yet been published.
