The permit, which was issued on June 13, is a self-certified renovation/alteration permit. Plans were designed by local architect Oscar Alba.
The scope of work includes interior renovations, with no change to the current R-2 occupancy. The reported cost of the project is $300,000. The owner of the property is listed as 2420GENEVACHICAGO LLC. Fees associated with the permit total $4,045.47, which includes $3,970.47 in building fees and $75.00 in zoning fees. All fees have been paid, and no fees were waived.
When complete, 2420 North Geneva Terrace will be located an 11 minute walk from the Fullerton CTA Station, which services the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines.
