The permit, which was issued on June 13, is a self-certified renovation/alteration permit. Plans were designed by local architect Oscar Alba.

When complete, 2420 North Geneva Terrace will be located an 11 minute walk from the Fullerton CTA Station, which services the Brown, Purple, and Red Lines.
