The City of Chicago has issued a permit for the construction of a new two-story, two-dwelling unit building with a basement at 6524 South Yale Avenue in Englewood. The standard plan review permit allows for the erection of a frame building with a side metal deck and a new two-car frame garage.
The total cost of the project is estimated at $350,000, with permit fees totaling $4,491. This includes a standard permit fee of $2,850, a zoning fee of $75, and an additional fee of $1,566. The owner of the property is A -Z Builders Inc, working alongside architect Andy Kacprzynski.
When complete, 6524 South Yale Avenue will be a short walk from transit stops servicing the Red and Green Lines.
