A renovation permit has been issued for 4415-4417 North Central Park Avenue in Albany Park. The two-story building will be converted from seven to nine dwelling units by creating two new basement units under the City of Chicago’s Additional Dwelling Unit Ordinance.
The project, which has a reported budget of $100,000, includes interior work only, with the basement renovations bringing the building up to code for multi-family residential. Permit fees totaled $2,401 have been paid in their entirety.
The owner, CHI Partners LLC, has hired architect Peter Sterniuk to handle the designs of the renovation. 4415-4417 North Central Park Avenue is located a short walk from bus service for Routes 78 and 82, and is a 15-minute walk from the Kimball CTA Station, which services the Brown Line.
