The City of Chicago has issued permits for a new residential development at 2100 W 18th Place in Heart of Chicago. Spearheaded by owner Fox Pilsen 4 LLC, the project has an estimated cost of $1,200,000. It was designed by local architect Gabriel Dziekiewicz.
When complete, the property plans to stand four stories tall and yield eight dwelling units. Its total permit cost stands at $9,924.68. FGAC Construction LLC is the general contractor, and is responsible for overseeing the construction phase and ensuring that the project meets its timeline and quality standards.
Future residents of 2100 W 18th Place will enjoy its proximity to a wide variety of public transit options. When complete, the property will be a short walk from bus service for Routes 16 and 50. Beyond that, the Damen CTA station, which services the Pink Line, and the Western Avenue Metra station, which services the BNSF Railway Train, will both be a short walk from the property.
