A renovation project is underway at 6219 North Clark Street in Edgewater, where an existing second-floor storage area for the existing three-story, masonry, mixed-use condominium located at the address is being converted into a two-bedroom residential unit. This addition to the building was approved on January 16, and has a budget of $150,000.
The project, designed by by David Raino Ogden, aims to maximize the utility of the building’s space, transforming an underused area into a modern dwelling unit. General construction duties have been assigned to Safar-E-Hajj & Umrah Travel. Masonry work is being carried out by Jagra Corporation.
6219 N Clark Street is located steps from bus service for Route 22 and a short walk from stops for Route 151. Beyond that, the Granville CTA station, which services the Red Line, is a 14-minute walk to the east of the property.

It doesn’t look like a 3 story building.
The three-story building is next door. I think the two-story building is serving as storage for the adjacent building.
That is not how Max wrote the sentence. It sounds like That is the 3 story mixed use that has at least one condo and the second floor storage area is being converted.
Hopefully they are putting some windows on that second floor or Charlie Munger is reaching out from the grave to spite us all.
