The permit’s owners have been listed as Advance Solutions Group. The property has an RS-3 designation and a permit was issued for the construction of a two-story single-family home with a basement, a detached two-vehicle garage, and fencing around the property.
There are plenty of access points for transportation with Route 80 as the closest bus service option to this property. This route can be found at the intersection of Irving Park & Oakley via a five-minute walk southwest. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Irving Park station via a 12-minute walk east.
All Concrete Chicago Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of publication, no timeline has been revealed for the upcoming construction.
