A demolition permit was issued last week for a two-story multi-unit frame residence along with a detached frame garage located at 2414 W Belle Plaine Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Enya Real Estate Investments.
In terms of transportation access, the closest bus option is Route 49. This route can be found at the intersection of Western & Belle Plaine via a one-minute walk west. The CTA L Brown line can be found at the Western station via a 15-minute walk north. The area is equipped with numerous retail and restaurant options along Western Avenue.
Viewpoint Services, Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted for any future developments.
