A demolition permit has been issued to remove both a one- and two-story masonry building located at 6930 N Clark Street in the Rogers Park neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Kirsten Johnson. At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no permits for any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Route 11 can be found at the intersection of Kedzie & Jarvis via a one-minute walk south.

I believe 6930 is actually to the right of this building where Byline Bank is tearing down an unused drive thru building that sits on a large parking lot.
