A demolition permit has been issued for a two-story, multi-unit frame building along with a detached frame garage located at 2853 North Clybourn Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as MIT Development LLC.
Route 50 is the nearest bus service and can be found at the intersection of Damen & George via a four-minute walk east. There are plenty of retail and dining options available along North Clybourn Avenue.
DS Construction is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of publication, plans have been submitted for a new multi-unit building.
