As of now, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there is currently no information on any future constructions.
The closest bus service for Route 76 can be found at the intersection of Diversey & Lakewood via a five-minute walk northwest. The nearest CTA Blue Line access is at the Diversey station via a 10-minute walk northwest.
There are a number of restaurants and retail options along the North Lincoln Avenue corridor.
Evergreen Solution USA INC is serving as the demolition contractor. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued, and an anticipated completion date has not yet been announced for the project.
