A renovation and alteration permit has been issued for 4130 North Kenmore Avenue, a four-story, 14-unit apartment building in Uptown. Planned rehabilitation work includes the replacement of the property’s kitchen, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and flooring. Beyond that, the scope of work includes door repairs, window replacement, roofing replacement, and masonry repairs.
Work, which will cost $3,505,722, is being led by owner Heart of Uptown Apartments LLC. Plans were designed by architect Jeffrey Bone.
Fees paid at this time include $4,200 for building permits and $75 for zoning, for a total of $4,275. No fees were waived.
