A new construction permit has been issued for a four-story, two-dwelling unit masonry building located at 1150 West Diversey Parkway in Lake View East. The permit was applied for on February 21 and issued on November 25.
The building, when complete, will include a private roof deck, rear second and third floor covered decks, and an egress stair. Additionally, two parking spaces will be located at the rear of the property.
Fees for the permit totaled $4,038.86, consisting of $2,538.86 in building fees and $1,500.00 in zoning fees. Construction, which is being led by owner 1150 W Diversey LLC, is anticipated to cost $950,000.00. Plans were self-certified by architect Michael Cox.
