New Construction Permits Issued for Two Residential Buildings At 2626 And 2632 West 21st Street In Marshall Square

New construction permits have been issued for two residential properties on West 21st Street in Marshall Square. The permits, which were granted to TA Development LLC, outline plans for the construction of two separate two-story buildings with basements, each featuring three dwelling units.
According to permit filings, the projects, which will be located at 2626 West 21st Street and 2632 West 21st Street, will feature identical specifications. Both buildings will include a front stair, a rear two-story porch with a stair, and a three-car parking pad in the rear. While renderings have not been released at this time, their designs are likely to be similar, if not identical.

Each building is expected to cost approximately $350,000 to build, and the total permit fees for each project amount to $4,253. Local architect Peter Sterniuk is responsible for the design of both structures.
When complete, both properties will be located a short walk from stops for the 21 and 94 bus lines, and will also be a short walk from the California CTA Station, which services the Pink Line.
