Work on the parapet for the 24-story, 360 N Green Street mixed-use building in Fulton Market is now making headway. The developer, Sterling Bay, is developing the 399-foot-tall tower to accommodate office spaces, 5,400 square feet for retail, and tenant amenities within its 500,000 square feet of space.

Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm, is set to occupy half of the tower.
The ground level of the building will house retail and dining options, while tenants will have access to amenities such as a rooftop terrace, fitness and conference centers, bicycle storage, and an open lobby lounge space.

Gensler’s design for the tower is made up of a glass and metal facade, complemented with the use of V-shaped trusses. The building’s shape is offset such that the southwest corner extends past the northwest, and the northeast corner past the southeast.
The building will also feature a podium garage with a capacity of 90 parking spaces, complemented by multiple local transportation routes. These include bus service for Routes 65, 8, and 56, all within a five-minute walk from the premises. Multiple CTA options are within a 10-minute walk via Morgan station for the Green and Pink Lines, as well as Grand station for the Blue Line.
Construction is being managed by Power Construction as the general contractor, with full completion set for 2024. The project’s anchor tenant, Boston Consulting Group, is expected to occupy the structure by 2025.

Perfect example of why we should be forcing parking underground. A cohesive design from the sidewalk up would do this design a lot more favors than the current scheme.
