A tenant has been announced for the upcoming redevelopment of the property at 165 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Located just south of the intersection with W Lake Street, the existing structure was once the home of Tenzing Wines. The project is being led by Fulton Street Companies and Fred Latsko of Latsko Interest, with local-firm Hartshorne Plunkard Architects working on its design.

Located directly on the intersection with N Morgan Street, the proposal will replace a vacant parking lot previously earmarked for a residential building. Now the same developer, Fulton Street Companies, has changed directions from the SCB-designed mid-rise to a new short structure from Gensler.

A land purchase and start date have been announced for the mixed-use development at 917 W Fulton Market in Fulton Market. As a part of the greater West Loop area and occupying the full length of the block along N Sangamon Street south to W Lake Street, the structure is set to be the first office-heavy project to break ground this year in the neighborhood with changing demands. The team is being led by Fulton Street Companies, JDL and Shanna Khan, who have tapped New York-based Morris Adjmi Architects who also worked on the upcoming 900 Randolph nearby.
The Chicago Zoning Board of Approvals has approved a new residential development at 1010 W Madison Street in the West Loop. Located just north of the intersection with N Morgan Street, the project going by the name of Momad will replace a vacant parking lot and bring new for-sale condominiums to the growing area. Developer Fulton Street Companies is behind the project along with local architecture firm SCB who is working on the design, both companies with an extensive history in premium Chicago projects.
